Head of APAC
Lead and scale Taptap Send’s business across APAC with direct ownership of East Asia and oversight of Southeast Asia. Role sits on the regional leadership team reporting to the Chief Revenue Officer with P&L responsibility for APAC.
What you'll do
- Set vision, strategy and execution plan for APAC
- Own APAC P&L and deliver growth and profitability targets
- Drive East Asia growth with focus on China and oversee SEA markets
- Build and lead high-performing regional teams
- Represent company externally and build partner relationships across APAC
What they're looking for
- 10+ years in payments or financial services with senior leadership experience
- Proven multi-market or regional P&L ownership and scaling experience
- Deep understanding and networks in China and East Asia payments
- Fluency in English and Mandarin
- Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree or MBA is a plus
