Head of Engineering, Rewards
Lead engineering for the Rewards platform, evolving cashback into a broader retention and personalization product. Report to Group CTO and partner with Product to build and scale the Rewards engineering organisation.
What you'll do
- Own technical strategy, architecture and roadmap for Rewards platform
- Improve performance and reliability of the existing cashback product
- Expand cashback into rewards, retention, engagement and personalization
- Hire and structure engineering teams and lead through managers
- Establish experimentation culture with A/B testing and measurement

- Built and shipped direct-to-consumer products at scale
- Front-end and mobile engineering depth, not backend-only
- Hands-on experience running A/B tests and feature flagging
- At least 5 years managing managers
- 10+ years overall software engineering experience
