Head of Engineering, Rewards
Lead the Rewards engineering domain to evolve cashback into a full rewards and retention platform. The role sits on the Rewards product team and owns technical strategy, architecture and delivery for consumer-facing mobile and web experiences.
What you'll do
- Own technical strategy, architecture and roadmap for the Rewards platform
- Improve performance and reliability of the existing cashback product
- Build and scale the engineering organisation and structure product units
- Establish experimentation practice including A/B testing and cohort analysis
- Collaborate with Growth, Sales and Marketing to deliver acquisition and retention work

- Built and shipped direct-to-consumer products at scale
- Strong front-end and mobile engineering depth
- Hands-on experience running A/B tests and feature flagging
- At least 5 years managing managers
- Comfort with Java and Spring Boot backend environment
