Head of Service Delivery

Lead and standardise service delivery across Zipline's African distribution network. Head of Service Delivery will own operating standards, site certification, and partner with country teams and Engineering.

What you'll do

• Write and consolidate operating standards for the African network
• Certify each site at go-live and on a quarterly cadence
• Lead Country Operations & Product Leads across major markets
• Define competency standards and build Site Lead talent pipeline
• Own network operating data and publish site capacity envelopes
