- Own technical strategy, architecture and roadmap for the Rewards platform
- Improve performance and reliability of the existing cashback product
- Build and scale the engineering organisation and hiring plan
- Establish experimentation practice: A/B testing and cohort analysis
- Collaborate with Growth, Sales and Marketing to deliver product initiatives

- Experience building direct-to-consumer products at scale
- Strong front-end and mobile engineering depth
- Hands-on experience with A/B testing and experimentation
- At least 5 years managing engineering managers
- 10+ years overall software engineering experience
