Head of Collections - Strategy & Analytics

Lead the collections strategy and analytics function to improve recovery and reduce arrears. The role sits within Collections and requires cross-functional leadership with Risk, Product, Tech, and CX teams.

What you'll do

• Own cash collected, arrears, roll-rates, PAR/NPL, and recovery economics
• Design and execute multi-horizon collections and segmentation strategies
• Partner with Risk and Data Science on roll-rate optimisation and analytics
• Build and develop a high-calibre Collections leadership bench
• Influence Product, Risk, Tech, and CX to improve recoveries

• Proven track record improving collections performance
