Head of Engineering, Rewards
Lead engineering for the Rewards platform, evolving cashback into a broader retention and personalization product. Report functionally to the Group CTO and work closely with the Rewards product leader.
What you'll do
- Own technical strategy, architecture and roadmap for Rewards platform
- Improve performance and reliability of existing cashback product
- Build and scale the engineering organisation and hire managers
- Establish experimentation practice with A/B testing and measurement
- Collaborate with Growth, Sales and Marketing on product initiatives

- Built and shipped direct-to-consumer products at scale
- Front-end and mobile engineering depth
- At least 5 years managing managers
- 10+ years overall software engineering experience
- Comfort with Java and Spring Boot backend environment
