Operations Associate
Operations Associate responsible for running day-to-day zone operations for Chowdeck. Works within the strategy and operations team supporting vendors, riders, and agents.
What you'll do
- Serve as first responder for zone requests and route issues
- Monitor dashboards and channels to identify and prioritise issues
- Onboard, train, schedule, and check riders, vendors, and agents
- Manage order exceptions and escalations with timely communication
- Coordinate operational resources with zonal leadership

- Willing to work long, variable hours and shifts
