Operations Manager
Lead and improve FairMoney’s operational functions across Nigeria, focusing on scaling and governance. Work with cross-functional teams to translate strategy into repeatable operating models and measurable performance.
What you'll do
- Improve end-to-end operational performance across multiple teams
- Set accountability, operating rhythms, and performance standards
- Own KPIs, dashboards, service levels, and corrective-action plans
- Lead process transformation and continuous-improvement initiatives
- Manage budgets, risk, compliance, and stakeholder relationships

- 7+ years progressive operations or related sector experience
- Experience managing large or multi-regional operations or partner networks
- Proven P&L, budgeting, and cost-management experience
- Strong change-management and transformation track record
- Bachelor’s degree in relevant discipline; postgraduate is advantage
