Regional Retail Operations Team Lead - Anambra
Lead retail operations for M-KOPA across Anambra, managing stock, repairs, logistics and shop assistant performance. Work within the retail team to implement regional depot operations and retail strategies supporting business objectives.
What you'll do
- Manage regional stock reconciliation and SKU reordering
- Oversee phone repairs, reverse logistics and cancellation closure timelines
- Track collections, payments and shop assistant performance
- Coach and train shop assistants and new Stock Controllers
- Create and manage depot operations and resolve operational issues

- Minimum 3 years relevant field or retail operations experience
- Diploma or Degree in customer service, inventory management or related field
- Experience managing inventory, reverse logistics and retail systems
- Strong people leadership and coaching abilities
- Ability to develop operational strategies aligned to business objectives
