Regional Retail Operations Team Lead - Enugu
Lead retail operations for M-KOPA across Enugu, managing stock, repairs, logistics and shop teams. Role sits in the retail team, reporting to the Manager, Retail Operation and supporting regional retail objectives.
What you'll do
- Manage stock reconciliation, reordering and DSR holding levels
- Oversee phone repair logistics, reverse logistics and cancellation closures
- Track collections, payment performance and shop assistant metrics
- Coach and train shop assistants and Stock Controllers, run refresher trainings
- Create and manage depot operations and resolve operational issues
What they're looking for
- Minimum 3 years experience in field, customer care, sales or retail operations
- Diploma or Degree in relevant field such as Inventory Management
- Experience managing inventory, coaching teams, and multi-location operations
- Strong knowledge of inventory management, reverse logistics and retail systems
- Demonstrated people leadership and strategic operational thinking
