Retail Operations Officer - Benin
Manage day-to-day retail operations across shops, depots and stock points in Benin. Join the Retail team to lead stock controllers and shop assistants and ensure devices move through the full lifecycle.
What you'll do
- Oversee daily operations across shops, depots and stock points
- Manage stock reconciliations and maintain SKU stock levels
- Coordinate aged stock returns, reallocations and lost phone reporting
- Manage phone repair logistics to meet repair SLAs
- Lead, coach and train retail coordinators and shop assistants
What they're looking for
- 3-5 years in retail operations, logistics or inventory management
- At least 2 years in a supervisory or team leadership role
- Experience with inventory, stock reconciliation and reverse logistics
- Familiarity with retail management systems and inventory tools
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel
