Logistics Network & Operations Manager - Jumia (Full Time)
Lead daily operations across Sorting Center, Reverse Logistics and Transport within Jumia Supply Chain. Ensure stock movement, outbound cost optimisation, queue tracking and SLA compliance while managing logistics teams.
What you'll do
- Supervise daily operations across Sorting Center, Reverse Logistics, Transport
- Track backlogs and coordinate delivery capacity with dispatch agents and 3PLs
- Optimize outbound flows and shipping routes to lower transport cost per package
- Lead and train Sorting Center and Transportation Managers and oversee teams
- Run improvement projects and build dashboards for network performance metrics

- Minimum 5 years progressive experience in logistics or distribution environments
