Partner Operations Manager, Latin America
Manage and improve payout operations and partner relationships for Latin America. Work within Operations collaborating with product, engineering, finance, and support to scale payment corridors.

- Manage relationships and troubleshoot with payout partners across markets
- Track outages and coordinate fixes to remove root causes
- Build dashboards, governance tools, and operational playbooks
- Coordinate cross-functional launches for new markets and partners
