Procurement Specialist
Lead procurement and strategic sourcing for nationwide branch rollouts, managing real estate, contractors, and specialised suppliers. Work within the Third Party Management & Procurement team to deliver branch and regional office fit-outs across Nigeria.
What you'll do
- Lead market search and commercial evaluation of prospective real estate assets
- Negotiate commercial leases and secure favourable tenancy terms
- Develop centralized procurement strategy and pre-qualified vendor matrix
- Manage tendering, contract awards, and vendor onboarding processes
- Coordinate logistics and facilities handovers for branch FF&E across Nigeria

- 4 - 7 years progressive procurement and strategic sourcing experience
- Experience in commercial property searches and lease negotiations
- Procurement experience within commercial banking, fintech, or tier-1 construction
- Experience navigating supply chain and logistics across Nigerian regions
- Qualifications or professional certifications in procurement or estate management desirable
