Lead People Partner - Technology
Lead People Partner for the Technology organisation, owning people strategy for engineering, data and platform teams. Role sits within the People team reporting to the People Director and partners with the CTO and technology leadership.
What you'll do
- Lead org design, workforce planning and team transformation
- Own people partnering for Engineering and Product end to end
- Coach and develop a Senior People Partner reporting to you
- Use people analytics to inform capability and attrition decisions
- Handle senior and sensitive employee relations cases across jurisdictions

- Senior HR experience partnering engineering or fintech organisations
- Experience leading or formally coaching HR business partners
- Proven track record in organisational design and levelling
- Experience supporting remote, cross-cultural, multi-region teams
- Ability to operate autonomously with C-level leaders
