Talent Acquisition Specialist

Recruiter responsible for full life-cycle hiring and HR support within the Talent Acquisition team. Role partners with hiring managers to source, interview, onboard, and manage candidate pipelines for technical and non-technical roles.

What you'll do

• Manage end-to-end recruitment process from intake to onboarding
• Build proactive candidate pipelines for current and future roles
• Partner with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and build relationships
• Support HR initiatives, employee relations, performance and talent management
• Coordinate execution of HR policies, procedures and programs
