Talent Acquisition Specialist
Recruiter responsible for owning end-to-end hiring and HR tasks within the Talent Acquisition team. Role supports technical and non-technical hiring and partners with hiring managers across the business.
What you'll do
- Manage full recruitment lifecycle from intake to onboarding
- Proactively source and build candidate pipelines for current and future needs
- Partner with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and build relationships
- Support HR initiatives, employee relations, performance and talent management
- Use HRIS and ATS to administer recruitment and HR processes

- Degree or background in human resources or relevant program required
- Minimum 5 years relevant full life-cycle recruitment experience
- Experience as agency and in-house recruiter
- Experience hiring technical and non-technical roles
- Strong negotiation, organisation and stakeholder relationship skills
