Early Careers Talent Acquisition Specialist
Lead operational delivery of Moniepoint's early-career programmes and campus partnerships. Work within the People Team focusing on internships, graduate conversions, and campus engagement.
What you'll do
- Develop and run campus engagement playbooks and events
- Manage annual early-careers recruiting calendar and outreach windows
- Deliver end-to-end internship and graduate programme operations
- Design and run high-volume application and interview workflows in ATS
- Track programme metrics and share data-driven recommendations

- 5-7 years of talent acquisition experience with campus exposure
- Experience coordinating complex, multi-stakeholder programmes
- Practical experience with Applicant Tracking Systems and evaluation tools
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Understanding of Nigerian higher education and talent communities
