Finance Manager - Nigeria
Lead financial management for M-KOPA's Nigeria entity, owning reporting, provisioning, and treasury. Work closely with commercial teams to model unit economics and inform leadership decisions.
What you'll do
- Manage end-to-end monthly close and related accounting processes
- Prepare monthly management pack and executive commentary
- Maintain IFRS 9 provisioning and monitor loan book cohorts
- Support statutory and regulatory reporting and audit processes
- Partner with commercial teams on unit economics and pricing models
What they're looking for
- Qualified Chartered Accountant (ICAN, ACCA, CA or equivalent)
- Strong applied knowledge of IFRS 9, IFRS 16, IAS 21, revenue recognition
- Proven experience owning statutory and management reporting cycles
- Advanced financial modelling and clear communication skills
- Big 4 training advantageous; fintech or lending experience a plus
