Head, Group FP&A
Lead design and consolidation of the Group FP&A framework, forecasting, and reporting. Work across subsidiaries to set standards and deliver consolidated Group financials and board-grade reporting.
What you'll do
- Design and own Group FP&A framework and reporting standards
- Consolidate multi-entity forecasts into Group P&L, balance sheet, cash flow
- Run Group budget calendar, templates, timelines, and Board approval process
- Produce reconciled consolidated forecasts and monthly variance bridges
- Manage and develop Group FP&A analysts and enforce modelling standards
What they're looking for
- 10+ years in FP&A, corporate finance, or investment banking
- Experience consolidating multi-entity, multi-currency forecasts
- Background in banking, fintech, or regulated fast-growth environment
- Advanced financial modelling skills at architect level
- Professional finance qualification (ACA/ACCA/CFA or equivalent)
