Head, Group FP&A
Lead design and consolidation of the Group FP&A framework and reporting across Moniepoint subsidiaries. Role sits at Group level responsible for standards, consolidation, and group-level forecasts and reporting.
What you'll do
- Design and maintain Group FP&A framework and reporting standards
- Consolidate entity forecasts into single Group P&L, balance sheet, cash flow
- Run Group budget calendar and produce consolidated forecasts reconciled to actuals
- Manage monthly and quarterly consolidated reporting, Board and investor packs
- Lead scenario and sensitivity modelling for Group-level strategic decisions
What they're looking for
- 10+ years in FP&A, corporate finance, or investment banking
- Experience consolidating multi-entity, multi-currency forecasts
- Advanced financial modelling skills at architect level in Excel
- Qualification: ACA, ACCA, CFA or equivalent
- Proven ability to operate as a remote senior finance leader across time zones
