Senior Principal, Talent Marketing

What you'll do
- Design and launch localized talent go-to-market strategies for European hubs
- Create developer community programs and run physical and virtual events
- Build end-to-end candidate nurture funnels from events to hires
- Partner with TA and Engineering to run targeted hiring campaigns
- Track hiring metrics, manage budgets, and optimize programs
