Customer Operations Associate - Nigeria

Customer-facing role handling sales, enquiries and claims for Turaco customers. Part of the Customer Operations / Contact Center team supporting product knowledge and registrations.

What you'll do

• Make at least 100 outbound customer calls daily to upsell products
• Follow up and close initial sales contacts and meet sales targets
• Handle inbound enquiries about products, payments and claims
• Register new customers and perform required data entry
• Initiate, investigate and settle customer insurance claims

• College diploma or Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
• Fluency in English required
• Previous telesales or call centre experience preferred
• Proficient computer use and accurate data recording
• Strong verbal and written customer service skills
