Senior Business Analyst
Senior Business Analyst responsible for analytics and growth work on Moniepoint’s payment products. The role sits on the growth/product analytics function collaborating with product, engineering, and business teams.
What you'll do
- Partner with product, BD, and data engineering to surface growth problems
- Convert complex product questions into clear, actionable insights
- Build and maintain self-service dashboards and visualisations
- Own end-to-end analytics for growth products and experiments
- Apply statistical and ML techniques to solve business problems
What they're looking for
- 3 to 4 years in quantitative analysis roles in relevant firms
- Excellent SQL skills (will be tested)
- Experience designing and analysing A/B and multivariate tests
- Hands-on experience with Tableau or Looker
- Proficient in Python and familiar with Pandas, SciPy, Jupyter
