Senior UX Researcher
Senior UX Researcher role focused on leading user research for Moniepoint’s products. The role sits within the product team and concentrates on understanding Nigerian users to inform product strategy.
What you'll do
- Lead end-to-end qualitative and quantitative research across product lifecycle
- Conduct interviews, ethnography, usability tests, surveys, and diary studies
- Synthesize data into personas, journey maps, and mental models
- Partner with product managers, designers, and engineers to define research questions
- Build and scale research operations and present findings to stakeholders

- Deep experience researching African markets, specifically Nigeria
- Advanced qualitative and quantitative methodology expertise
- Hands-on experience with UserTesting, Maze, Typeform or similar
- Proven record turning insights into actionable frameworks
