Senior Product Designer - Design System
Senior Product Designer responsible for creating and scaling design solutions for Moniepoint’s financial products. Works within the product/design team to build and maintain the design system and mentor junior designers.
What you'll do
- Define and execute design strategies aligned with business and user needs
- Lead end-to-end design from discovery to final UI execution
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and A/B experiments
- Design scalable UI components and contribute to the design system
- Mentor junior designers and advocate for accessibility and inclusion

- 3+ years in a senior product design role with leadership experience
- Mastery of visual design, typography, layout, and colour theory
- Experience with interaction design, IA, user flows, and responsive design
- Familiarity with UX analytics tools and synthesising research insights
- Figma mastery including auto layout, design tokens, component variants
