What you'll do
- own KYC journeys and verification coverage across user types
- define fraud visibility, alerts, case records and investigation access
- build containment capabilities like freezes, holds and reversals
- set product strategy and roadmap for trust and compliance
- coordinate root-cause fixes and escalate open risks with recommendations
What they're looking for
- at least 6 years of product management experience
- experience in fintech, payments, identity, fraud or compliance
- ability to convert policy and regulatory needs into product features
- comfort working with sensitive data and cross-functional stakeholders
- strong written communication and disciplined documentation habits
