Product Lead, Vendor Ops
Lead product for vendor-facing workflows and operational tools across vendor onboarding, Ads, wallets and payouts. Work within the product team at Chowdeck to align product, operations and revenue needs for live delivery operations.
What you'll do
- Own vendor-facing apps and dashboard product experience
- Define and maintain a single prioritized roadmap for vendor operations
- Spend time with vendors and ops to identify and remove manual work
- Lead discovery, delivery and post-launch improvements with partners
- Measure impact using adoption, effort, reliability and revenue
