Technical Team Lead (Full-stack)
Lead technical direction and implement core features for the Commercial Pod. Work across the Vue 3 frontend and TypeScript backend that handle real money systems.
What you'll do
- Own end-to-end architecture for Commercial Pod systems
- Write and run design doc reviews and drive RFC adoption
- Implement highest-risk production work across frontend and backend
- Maintain production health, incident response, and SLOs
- Mentor engineers and run knowledge-sharing sessions

- 7+ years building and running production systems
- At least 2 years as a tech lead or equivalent technical anchor
- Expert-level TypeScript and solid Vue 3 knowledge
- Deep AWS experience with serverless and event-driven architectures
- Strong written communication and API design skills
