Reconciliation & Settlement Manager
Manage reconciliation and settlement processes across Busha’s payment, banking and treasury operations. The role sits between Finance, Payments, Operations, Treasury, Risk and Compliance and focuses on cross-border flows and multi-currency settlements.
What you'll do
- Own end-to-end reconciliation across transaction and payment channels
- Perform daily reconciliation of transactions against ledgers and partner records
- Coordinate settlement processes with banking and liquidity partners
- Investigate and resolve reconciliation and settlement exceptions promptly
- Maintain reconciliation schedules, records and controls for audit purposes
What they're looking for
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or related discipline
- 6+ years in reconciliation, settlement or payments operations
- Experience with cross-border payments and multi-currency transactions
- Experience managing settlement across multiple banking/payment partners
- Experience leading or supervising finance operations or reconciliation team
