Chief Financial Officer

• Advise CEO and Board on financial strategy and risk management
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting processes
• Manage treasury, cash flow, FX exposure, and banking relationships
• Ensure regulatory compliance and lead audits under Kenyan frameworks
• Build and lead the finance team and drive talent development

• Bachelor degree in finance, accounting, economics, or related field
• Professional certification required: CPA(K), ACCA, or CFA
• ICPACK membership and letter of good standing required
• PCC and CRB Certificate required
• 10-15 years progressive finance experience with senior leadership
