IT Support Engineer

Provide IT support and run day-to-day IT operations for the Dubai office. Work within the IT team to manage devices, networks, AV, SaaS access, and onboarding workflows.

What you'll do

• Manage corporate IT helpdesk using Jira Service Management
• Administer MDM (Jamf) and maintain hardware inventory (Bluetally)
• Own onboarding and offboarding technical lifecycle for Dubai employees
• Manage and troubleshoot AV, video conferencing, and local office network
• Liaise with vendors and handle ISP relationships (Etisalat)

• Proven experience in a primary IT support role
• Experience in regulated environments like ISO 27001 or SOC 2
• Hands-on experience with Jamf, Okta, Jira, Google Workspace
• Experience managing Apple hardware and AV systems
• Fluency in English; Arabic considered a bonus
