Regulatory Counsel
Regulatory Counsel responsible for legal and regulatory work across product launches, market expansions and compliance. Role sits in the legal team reporting to the Head of Legal and works cross-functionally with product, compliance, finance and infosec.
What you'll do
- Lead legal and regulatory work for new product launches and product development
- Work with product, compliance, finance and infosec on regulatory challenges
- Support license applications and own regulatory matters across live markets
- Engage with regulators and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders
- Support legal team to identify risks and develop practical solutions
What they're looking for
- Qualified lawyer with 5 to 10 years practicing experience in payments or regulated business
- In-house fintech experience, ideally payments or fintech environment
- Knowledge of regulatory frameworks for financial products and services
- Initiative, independence and ownership in a fast-growing business
- APAC market experience is a plus but not required
