First Mile & Last Mile Manager - Jumia (Full Time)
Manage and supervise regional pickup and delivery operations for first and last mile services. Work within the logistics team to drive performance, compliance, and operational improvements across assigned locations.
What you'll do
- Lead and supervise First Mile and Last Mile Operators
- Assign daily tasks and delivery routes to team members
- Train, coach, and evaluate team performance and productivity
- Monitor KPIs and take corrective actions to meet targets
- Coordinate with warehouse, procurement, and customer service teams

- Bachelor's degree in relevant field is a plus
- 5+ years in logistics or delivery operations
- At least 2 years in a supervisory or leadership role
- Proficiency with GPS and route optimization tools
- Candidates must be based in Lagos, Owerri/Asaba, or Oshogbo
