Defective Team Leader - Jumia (Full Time)
Lead operations for the defective returns warehouse, handling inspection, inventory and team performance. Role sits within the defective/after-sales warehouse operations supporting returns processing.
What you'll do
- Oversee receiving, reconciliation, and inventory of defective warehouse items
- Perform quality and defect checks and categorize product damage
- Maintain accurate inventory records for defective warehouse stock
- Manage item queues, storage, and timely logging into warehouse system
- Drive team performance, training, and escalate operational issues

- Bachelor's degree
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Proficient in Google Office Suite
- Experience in FMCG, warehouse, or order management
- Must have NYSC certificate or valid exemption letter
