Team Lead, Site Reliability Engineering
Lead a squad of Site Reliability Engineers responsible for the reliability of a distributed financial platform. Role sits within the SRE team shaping reliability architecture, observability, and incident management.
What you'll do
- Set technical direction and architect self-healing reliability systems
- Define reliability standards and run Production Readiness Reviews
- Drive observability, instrumentation, and monitoring governance
- Lead, mentor, and grow Senior and Associate SREs
- Own major incident escalation and refine incident management
What they're looking for
- Minimum 6 years SRE or Backend Engineering experience
- At least 2 years in a Lead or Senior/Staff mentoring role
- Expert-level proficiency in Java, Go, Rust, or Python
- Deep mastery of distributed systems patterns
- Extensive experience with GCP or AWS and Kubernetes (GKE)
