Principal Generalist Engineer
Senior generalist engineer role in the Research & Development team building end-to-end production systems. The role spans software, distributed systems, infrastructure, data, and machine learning where appropriate.
What you'll do
- Design and build reliable, scalable, observable production systems
- Own problems end-to-end from design through deployment and operations
- Work across application services, infrastructure, data pipelines, and ML
- Debug complex production issues across multiple system layers
- Train, deploy, monitor, and iterate on ML models and pipelines

- Solid probability and statistics knowledge
- Experience building production systems at scale
- Familiarity with Go, Java, Python, Rust, and SQL
