POS Technician (Osun)
Repair, support and maintain POS terminals and related devices for Moniepoint. Role sits within the hardware team managing terminal repairs across the distribution network.
What you'll do
- Manage end-to-end repair process with hardware department
- Provide second-level hardware support for POS issues
- Coordinate Terminal Repair Centers across the network
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Line Manager
What they're looking for
- B.Sc. or HND
- At least 2 years experience in a related role
- Ability to repair PAX, Aisino, Smartpeck and Topwise terminals
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Resident in Osogbo
