POS Technician (Lagos)
Support and repair POS terminals and related devices across Moniepoint's distribution network. Role sits within the hardware department managing repair operations and second level hardware support.
What you'll do
- Manage end-to-end repair process with the hardware department
- Provide second level support for hardware issues
- Manage and coordinate terminal repair centers across the network
- Perform other duties assigned by the line manager
What they're looking for
- Minimum of B.Sc. or HND
- At least 2 years of experience in a related role
- Technical ability to repair PAX, Aisino, Smartpeck, Topwise terminals
- Proficient in English and resident in Lagos State
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
