POS Repair Technician (Lagos)
Repair and support POS terminals across Moniepoint's distribution network. Role sits within the hardware team managing terminal maintenance and repair operations.
What you'll do
- Manage end-to-end POS terminal repair process with hardware team
- Provide second-level support for hardware-related issues
- Coordinate and manage terminal repair centers across the network
- Perform additional tasks assigned by the line manager
What they're looking for
- Minimum of B.Sc. or HND
- At least 2 years of related experience
- Able to repair PAX, Aisino, Smartpeck and Topwise terminals
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Resident in Lagos State
