Head, Innovation Hubs
Lead the design and operation of three university-based innovation hubs training cross-disciplinary technical talent. Role sits on the hubs programme responsible for building operating models, teams, industry partnerships, and outcomes.
What you'll do
- Design the operating model and cohort learning sequence for all hubs
- Own institutional relationships with vice-chancellors and university leadership
- Build and manage industry mentorship and hiring pipelines
- Recruit facilitators, define standards, and run hub operations and budgets
- Set and track outcomes: graduates, placements, and employer satisfaction

- 10+ years experience overall with leadership responsibility
- Experience building or leading technical training programmes at scale
- Proven senior institutional relationship management with universities
- Technical fluency in engineering education and employer hiring needs
