Fraud Investigation Officer
Investigate suspected fraudulent activity and support fund recovery for Moniepoint. Work with product, operations, compliance and support teams to reduce fraud losses and improve controls.
What you'll do
- Investigate fraud cases and determine outcomes based on evidence
- Analyze transaction patterns to identify fraud trends and emerging risks
- Document findings and maintain accurate case records
- Support fund recovery by engaging internal and external stakeholders
- Escalate complex or high-risk cases and recommend control improvements

- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
- 2-4 years experience in fraud investigations or related risk role
- Knowledge of digital payment fraud and transaction analysis is an advantage
