Engineering Manager
Engineering Manager responsible for delivery and technical leadership for product-area engineering teams. Role sits on the engineering organisation building backend production systems and supporting product delivery.

- Own end-to-end delivery across cross-functional product teams
- Translate product requirements into EPICs and technical user stories
- Plan and drive sprint execution and manage backlog priorities
- Maintain engineering quality via design reviews and code participation
- Ensure monitoring, SLIs, SLOs and post-release product metrics tracking
