Credit Risk Analyst
Embedded credit risk analyst responsible for credit policy, portfolio monitoring, and risk controls within a consumer lending product squad. The role sits inside a product squad and partners with Decision Science, product, engineering, and compliance teams.
What you'll do
- Design end-to-end risk assessments for new squad products and features
- Develop and maintain credit policies and decision rules
- Monitor portfolio quality and produce performance reports
- Collaborate on credit scorecards and scoring model effectiveness
- Liaise with Compliance/Legal and champion risk-by-design practices

- Minimum 3 years consumer credit portfolio management experience
- Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements like CBN and AML/CFT
- SQL essential; Python (NumPy, Pandas) desirable
- Proven experience in credit risk management and portfolio optimisation
