Business Relationship Manager (Ondo)
Field-based role responsible for growing Moniepoint merchant presence and deploying terminals in Ondo. Works within Commercial & Field Operations reporting to the State Coordinator to manage acquisition and retention activities.

- Identify and visit prospective merchants for onboarding
- Educate business owners on Moniepoint product suite
- Meet monthly targets for onboarding and terminal deployment
- Ensure accurate KYC and compliance with SOPs and regulations
- Serve as primary contact for merchant queries and issue resolution
