Field-based role to grow Moniepoint’s merchant base in Ebonyi through acquisition and relationship management. Works within Commercial & Field Operations reporting to the State Coordinator to onboard, deploy terminals, and retain accounts.

What you'll do

Identify and onboard prospective merchants through field engagement
Educate merchants on product suite and recommend suitable solutions
Meet monthly targets for onboarding, terminal deployment, and loans
Ensure accurate KYC and compliance with operational SOPs
Maintain CRM records and submit field performance reports

Bachelor’s degree, HND, or OND from recognised institution
2 to 4 years sales experience in banking, fintech, or payments preferred
Proven track record meeting merchant onboarding or sales targets
Strong communication and customer relationship skills
