Field Credit Officer responsible for onboarding and managing business borrowers for Moniepoint credit products. Role sits in the credit function reporting to the Regional Credit Manager and focuses on portfolio growth and repayment performance

What you'll do

Identify and onboard viable businesses in assigned geographical area
Engage customers to drive account usage qualifying them for credit
Review and approve or decline loan requests using available data
Visit borrower business locations to evaluate books, inventory, and turnover
Monitor loan portfolio to ensure repayment and account activity

Minimum OND in a business-related discipline
At least 2 years sales experience for credit products in financial institution
Demonstrable knowledge of credit risk analysis
Good knowledge of financial analysis is an advantage
