Collections Specialist
Collections Specialist responsible for recovering overdue payments and managing delinquent borrower relationships. Role sits within FairMoney's collections/operations function supporting its consumer lending products.
What you'll do
- plan actions to recover outstanding payments
- follow up with customers and monitor problematic accounts
- negotiate payment plans and payoff deadlines
- document customer conversations and payment arrangements
- advise customers on payment options and methods

- minimum 1 year experience in microfinance, bank, or fintech collections
- aptitude for negotiating and persuading
- good knowledge of collection processes and approach
- excellent oral and written communication skills
- comfortable with Microsoft Office or Google Workspace
