Collections Specialist

Collection specialist role handling delinquent customer accounts and payment recovery for FairMoney. Part of the operations/collections function supporting the company’s lending products and credit portfolio.

What you'll do

• Plan and execute recovery actions for outstanding payments
• Follow up with customers and monitor non-performing loans
• Communicate with delinquent borrowers and set payment plans
• Document conversations and negotiate payoff deadlines
• Advise customers on payment options and build debtor trust

• Minimum 2 years in microfinance, bank, or fintech collections
• Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities
• Knowledge of collections processes and approaches
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Comfortable with Microsoft Office or Google Workspace
